“We used SFN for our property in Newtown. This involved converting a 1890s unrenovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, no garage home, into a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, double garage modern home. You can see although the space is modern, it is in keeping with the historic intent of the home. They were very professional to deal with, and did an excellent job. The team was dedicated, and a foreman was always on site supervising. The site was always kept impeccably clean and tidy. We have recommended them to other parties, and have used them more than once.”

“When I renovated my place I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but I was very time poor and so I needed an architect and builder who I could rely upon to get the work done. I completely gutted my place – new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and extension of living area.
I could not have asked for a better builder in SFN. Frank, Sam and Nando were very hands on, they were organised and the finishes are of the highest quality. They worked with us to value manage a few areas to bring it in on budget. Inevitably things may not go as planned but the SFN and W+M worked together to solve all the issues.
There were a few minor issues to finalise at the end and normally your builder will be AWOL. Not SFN. They were there right to the end. You hear a lot of horror stories about renovations but that was not my experience at all.”
